1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personal hygiene products (e.g., intimate apparel, earrings) or customized items.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is received and confirmed:

  2. Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide you with the return address.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact florace888@gmail.com immediately with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Shipping & Non-Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit (exceeding the maximum promised delivery timeframe), we will issue a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
