5. Damages & Loss

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us at florace888@gmail.com immediately.

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office first. If confirmed lost, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
