  • Estimated Delivery Time: Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, the estimated delivery time is typically 7-15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package on our website or the carrier's official portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • dc1027 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Loss

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us at florace888@gmail.com immediately.

  • If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office first. If confirmed lost, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
